However, I was determined not to let this one just sit and wait, starting it almost as soon as I got it (after finishing the previous book I was reading, of course).Īnd like all of Lenora Bell’s books, this one lives up to the hype, standing out in the crowd of duke books, by feeling fresh even while retreading some familiar tropes.

One Fine Duke is easily one of my most hyped books of the year, even if it took ages for me to get around to reading the next book in the series.
